Who This Is For

The six+ month engagement includes:

  • A contracting meeting with the leader and their sponsor or manager

  • A 90-minute intake meeting to establish context and goals

  • Review of relevant documents and data

  • A 360 assessment to establish a clear baseline

  • Co-creation of a personalized development action plan

  • Twelve 60-minute bi-weekly coaching sessions, each including coach preparation and a written session summary capturing key insights, takeaways, and recommendations

  • Monthly progress check-ins with the sponsor via email or meeting if preferred

  • A wrap-up session with the leader and sponsor to assess progress and determine next steps
